nbc.com
Ads have started to play on nbc.com when I watch a full episode. ex: http://www.nbc.com/this-is-us/video/the-pool/3116002 Easylist and Adblock Plus worked great this summer and now ads are playing prior to the episode and in commercial breaks. My filter subscriptions are up to date and I am using chrome and firefox. Any custom filters I can use to stop this?

Thanks. This works in firefox because I can disable an individual easylist filter in adblock plus. It does not work for chrome however because when I go into adblock plus, I cannot disable an individual easylist filter without disabling the entire easylist, which I do not want to do. Is there a way to disable an individual easylist filter in chrome without disabling easylist?
I would rather watch the link in Chrome because in Firefox when I go into fullscreen, the video progress bar at the bottom of the screen will not go away for all nbc.com shows and in Chrome the video progress bar goes away in fullscreen.

Hi, I was just wondering if there had been a decision of what to do yet as smed79 referenced. The ads in nbc.com full episodes are still playing. Thanks.
Please follow the suggestions in this thread and see if they help. You should also consider registering.

Lanik - the filter that was suggested to be disabled cannot be disabled in chrome. The filter suggested to be disabled can be in firefox but the video progress bar at the bottom of the screen when in fullscreen will not go away on all the episodes at nbc.com which is annoying and makes me want to use Chrome. Smed79 recommended waiting for an easylist author to see the thread and make a decision on what to do.
ABP is not blocking the 20-30 second commercials that play before each video clip for The Voice on NBC.com. So if I were to watch several clips, I'd have to sit through a commercial before each one. I've experienced the same problem trying to watch video clips on Saturday Night Live.

I subscribe to (and have updated) the Easy List + Easy Privacy and the Adblock Warning Removal List.
I also use the custom filters previously suggested in this thread:

This is new as of yesterday or today. AB detection for shows on nbc.com:
"Sorry, we can't play this video because we're unable to load the accompanying message from our sponsors.
If you are using ad-blocking software, please disable it and try loading the page again."

It appears using FF and ABP, Chrome with uBlock Origin, and Opera with the native ad-blocker.
Only started in the last day or so.

All this while, the show Blacklist used to work with Adblock plus. But now, I'm seeing:
'Sorry, we can't play this video in its intended experience because we're unable to load the accompanying message from our sponsors.
If you are using ad-blocking software, please disable it and try loading the page again'
After I try the trick where i let one ad play and enable ABP after Blacklist, it works until the first ad, then black screen and wheel revolving without playing anything. Any updates or filters I can try? Thanks.

Ads are playing again. It was working fine yesterday and today there are ads. I'm using firefox and chrome and easylist is up to date.
Is there a custom filter that can get rid of the ads?
Thanks.

NBC video still won't play. When I try I get the white arrow going around in a circle and the video never plays at all. I am using Chrome and this happens with ABP only enabled with EasyList up to date, with UBO only enabled with EasyList up to date, and with both ABP and UBO enabled with EasyList up to date. Some links this is happening on are:
Is there a custom filter that could make the video play and play without any ads or stopping and not coming back to the video like other members said they had problems with?
Thank You.

Submit and post here an adblock plus issue report.

I'm using Chrome - it won't let me submit an issue report - or at least I can't figure it out from the link you gave me. What information do you need?
I only used the two adblockers at once to see if it would make a difference. This issue is happening when I am using ABP with UBO disabled and also happeneing when I am using UBO with ABP disabled.
The video is now playing but the commercials are not blocked. An example link:
Is there a custom filter that would work?
Also, I noticed that you put a message "removed your link" on my last post. I thought I was following the rules by putting [] around my links. If I'm not doing that correctly could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong - the way I read the rules link you gave me I thought I was posting links correctly.
Thank You.

I don't understand how to do all of this to get the elements and post screenshots. When I go to the adblock plus tab after I click inspect all I get is a really long list of about 100 to 200 things.
I've always just posted a link to the site that the ads were not being blocked and explained what was happening and then someone would post a custom filter that I (and others) could use. I did this because I saw that others have done this too and their problems were solved when someone posted a custom filter.
I went to the site and tried to play the episode and I got a bunch of ads. From the last few days of posts two other people were having the same problem on different shows and episodes so it looks like nbc circumvented ABP/EasyList and new filters to eliminate the ads are needed - at least that is my understanding. The link I was trying to watch is:
