Youtube recently added a playlist overlay to the last 30 seconds of some videos. This popup covers a large portion of the screen and cannot be closed. It even shows up when annotations are turned off.
Video I used for testing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ghK2j0QobUw&t=6m21s
I found it can be removed by adding the custom filter: youtube.com##.ytp-ce-element
Using element hiding helper for some reason would not get the whole thing. I found AdBlock for chrome was able to remove it on the second tick of the slider. This is where i noticed it showed this...
Blocked element:
After reviewing the source and what element hiding helper showed listed, i was able to narrow it down to just that first part of the line with success.
done, tested in ABP clean DEV and ABP stable.
both results in ads after few refreshes, looks like it's also related to GEO location. http://i.imgur.com/9D60J1x.png

(Firefox / Chrome + ABP) FR, US, IT, CA, DE, DZ address ip and still can't reproduce.
you probably need to be logged in to view the ad, I've just checked and when I'm not logged in I can't see ad, only when I'm loging in I can see one when searching for "app":
I guess it's due to some filters In the "Acceptable Ads" list, which I suggest to disable it right now. If by "Gimus" you meant Gemius, I think it's a tracker only and is already blocked by EasyPrivacy.
In the first report it's present also a very suspicious third list that I can't understand what it is, and should also be removed in my opinion.
