Seems like I found interesting global filter which might be acceptable for EasyList.
Here it is:

No need to remove rules for adservers, they are the most stable rules we have, something that can't be said about general rules.
Who says they will always use the same delivery system? Who knows if we don't remove the /work.php rule again in the future due to FPs / strategy changes etc.? I sometimes even explicitly add rules for adserver when a general rule is already blocking them, for the same reason.
