The unwanted items are ordinarily blocked by the filter |http://ads.$domain=~ads.su|~ahds.ac.uk, which is not present in our TPLs because it contains the domain option, and to avoid duplication of functionality there will not be an additional filter added for this purpose. However, -d ads.guru3d.com should remove the unwanted content if there is an option to customise the browser.
