This presents (at different times) both as an xhr and also as a beacon. I tested this on desktop but with my browser showing me, https://m.uber.com I assume this happens on mobile too although I did not test it there.
Edit: I see that you have uber.com/_events already blocked. I guess Uber added go somewhere along the way. Sneaky Uber.
