Hello I would like to delete this account but there appears to be no option to do so. Is there an admin that can do that for me?

I no longer have access to the email associated with this account (which is why I wanted to delete this account). Admin says "not gonna happen" and immediately locked the thread for whatever reason. So can I at least change the email account associated with this account?
