- adblocker (version) ?

Right now unfortunately I cannot identify the problem on essr.ch anymore, however it does happen on the German version of our website, at this address : gsds.ch

I get that image, no issue on my side.
You should enable the logger (press F12, then click AdBlock tab), then refresh the page, and Show only the blocker items. This way you'll be able to see what is blocked and what filter is blocking your image. Then report it here or post here a screenshot like mine bellow.

That filter belongs to the french list, however the site isn't a french one

As I said above is triggered by
/banner/160

move your image in some other folder (/bigimage/ for example) and .. don't add there real banners elements (otherwise that folder will be blocked as well)
