Hi everybody,

currently we have the issue, that our IONOS customers cannot manage their online store. In times of coronavirus ecommerce gets more and more relevant - so we would really appreciate your help.

The Merchant Back Office is blocked by the fact, that we use:

static.my-eshop.info

so the static content runs at IONOS via static.my-eshop.info, so things like images and scripts are not loaded:
