Login errors frequently

hello, for months ago, when I try to enter in this forum with my username. I can see some errors when logging.

I mean .. when I try to log in this way (see picture):

sometimes (not always) appears this "warnings", in another form to log in.

so.. the first form, redirects me to the second form with those warning/error

this is normal?

I'm not able to reproduce this please logout clear browser cache / cookies / etc and log back in.

At the moment it works well, after cleaning cookies etc.. anyway, it will happen to me again, it's not the first time i do that.

it won't be anything important.
