Hi,
i wanna make list for Iran/Persian sites.

where to start?

Maybe you should collaborate with one (or both) of these lists

Existing Iran/Persian lists are Independent from EasyList which is a bad idea (will not cover the big party of unwanted content).

If you want to creat an effective list, it must be supplement filter list to EasyList.
