I'm posting regarding the website; watchcartoononline.io
Any of the cartoons or anime page I opened the ads would appear even though i blocked them used the custom blocker the page refreshed and it was there again the blocks did not seem to be working.

I'm getting a bunch of ads suddenly - it was fine this morning and now a slew of pictures and stupid text. Tried blocking with the "block an ad on this page", whichever one I use it on it comes straight back when the page reloads.

Probably you are using other adblocker. I said the filter above is only for uBo.

Install uBo (ublock origin), it has a lot of more advanced features (and disable / remove adblock)

as of today, any episode pages will be blank white background with text/links on it, images broken and player not showing. Only when ABP is deactivated, the episode pages will display normally

AdBlock usually gets everything on this website (occasionally some ads get through, and they get blocked after a few days), but for a while now it hasn't been able to get the one shown below.

The ad "slot" (I’m not sure what to call it, different ads appear in the same box each time you load the page) can be removed with the 'block this ad' feature, but when you reload the page it comes back. I did this several times to see if I just needed to remove each unique ad, but that didn't work. Some of the ID's below were from the same ad (I don't remember which ones).

What I would guess is happening is each time an ad appears, its ID is randomized (to get around adblockers). But I don't know much about how things like this work, so it could be something else.

I followed the steps on the 'Report an ad on this page' page, and the ad is still there. Is this something that I can fix in the custom filters with expressions (or something like that), or is this something that could only be changed on your end, or is this impossible to fix?

Unblockable ads to the top left and right are back. They appear on every page, so the title link is enough to see them.
I'm using uBlock Origin.

Well, seems like they removed it from the main page the OP gave after all.
