not working in ubo. tried chrome, tried firefox, tried reset to factory settings, purge update all filters.. nothing. just a message on video to disable adblock.

If you have custom filters in uBo for 9anime remove them.

You have to wait 5 seconds before the video starts after first load. If you click the video immediately there will be an anti adblock message

Deleted the 9anime ones, and even all of them and still I'm still getting the message.

Not sure what this means, tbh. My video doesn't start, I just can't even get past the first play button you see before you get the actual video.

Just adding that filter didn't fix it, but disabling cosmetic filtering and waiting (I get it now) works. The boxes with the "please don't block ads" message appear again, though.

Nope, I do use the other two lists in the in the privacy section.

You can hide those boxes with 9anime.*###sidebar:style(visibility: hidden !important;)

If I turn on cosmetic filter the boxes disappear, but I get the anti ab message, so...

Earlier it used to work. But, now it is not working. I don't know what to now. Please help.

Updating filters worked for me. Is it still not working for you?

Yesterday morning on the 20th, around 9PM PST, I was watching anime just fine. Now all of a sudden I get home from class and this is showing up:

This happens when trying to play any video on any part of the website.

If you're still seeing this, 1) update lists, 2) wait a for a bit before clicking the small play button (the one that appears before you can see the actual video), that worked for me. It's kinda band-aid, but oh well, gotta wait for the experts to find some way around that.
