on
http://arstechnica.com/ there's an empty div where an advertisement used to be. I propose the following rule to hide the now empty space:
Best regards!

Ars Technica's design has changed slightly and there's a new banner at the top of the site. The banner is blocked, the leftover space vanishes with
Code: Select all
arstechnica.com#DIV(id=leaderboard-ad)
Best regards!

On
http://arstechnica.com there is some space which can be hidden using the filter:
Code: Select all
arstechnica.com##*#da-elit.with-divider

Sorry for creating the additional work; I will try to remember to search for the topic first in the future.

I would now suggest adding the following filters for the site:
Code: Select all
/ad-loader-frame.html?req=http://ad.
||votes.buzz.yahoo.com^

I can't find the yahoo stuff so I'm not adding it right now. I'm also skipping my own suggestion for now until Ars uses the layout with only two top stories again where the filter triggers.
