Regular Text become ad links

I am using a school website on Google Chrome and while I am scrolling, there is regular text that shows up as links to ads. I reset all of my extensions and it still shows up. My current extensions are Grammarly for Chrome, Facebook Auto Poke, AdBlock, and HubSpot Sales. Firefox and Safari are normal, but this problem happened about 1-2 days ago.
