Issue: URLs which match

||yimg.com/zz/combo?*&*.js

are not blocked by ABP when on search.yahoo.com, so essentially this exception filter could really be reduced to

@@||yimg.com/zz/combo?*&*.js

as the exception for search.yahoo.com is not needed anyways.
