These domains are all dead, so filter rules concerning these sites can be removed from EasyList.

http://www.heroturko.me/, http://www.heroturko.org/, and http://www.tinydl.eu/ are all dead sites, so these site specific filter rules can be removed from EasyList:

http://btscene.eu/ is now only used as a redirect domain, so these site specific filter rules in EasyList can be removed:

btscene.eu##.ddl_det_anon

btscene.eu##.ddl_srch

http://nitropdf.com/ now redirects to another site, so I think this filter rule can be removed:
