I found this to more effective, (atleast in Adblock Plus)

||eltiempo.com/js/produccion/s_code_remote_new_edit-min.js

Does that help in ublock also?

Yes it works fine, agreed it's better, because not a 3rd-party (no worry about uB, if it works on ABP it's fine, elsewhere need to fix their stuff if it doesn't work there).
