Channel 4 (UK)'s 4OD service doesn't play. Pre-video ads are blocked with just EasyList, but when EasyPrivacy is enabled, the videos get stuck on a loading circle. I can confirm that this happens in both AdBlock on Chrome and ABP on Firefox.

Or someone who lives in the UK - you can always ask me to investigate if nobody your end is in the UK - it might even be more legal.
