Blocking the pattern here for pornhub group will stop this shit from coming up from whitelisted filters.
ads.js is the pattern for the pornhub group.
/ads.js/*?*ads.js is the pattern for the pornhub group.

Because its being affected by than just pornhub, seems they share common code/aspirations amongst the porn sites.
Personally I'd fix the filters to be more specific,.. if failing that, then exclude the porn sites.

Those whitelist were inserted to the list in order to fix sites that are using JS resources from those domains and was broken because of Adblock.
Now those domains are not with the same owners any more and those files are not served any more from those domains.
the only one that is holding those domains are pornhub group, and they have used them one by one.
if the hold of pornhub in those domains are not enough (whois, IP, etc..), I think that the fact that those whitelists lines are no longer required and function will be enough.
