Moin,
is it possible to block Twitter Ads somehow? In the source code I see e.g.

Twitter Ads
Moin,
here is an image.
.
It's not so easy to provide a link, because they differ from timeline to timeline. I'm not sure if this link will help you https://twitter.com/audiblede/status/662676172421992448, because it's not the embedded ad.

Moin,
I see it with Firefox 42 (Windows 7 64 Bit) as well as at all of my Linux Boxes (most current versions).
I have these filter subscriptions:
EasyList Germany+EasyList
Fanboy's Social Blocking List
Easy List
Malware Domains
EasyPrivacy

AdBlock Acceptable Ads are turned off ?

Moin,
I found the problem, but it's confusing: There is not a single list subscribed when firefox is started (not so often). After subscribing the standard lists everything is fine. Until firefox is started the next time. I have to find the reason. So it's not a problem with the filter list.

You have listed those two filter subscriptions:
EasyList Germany+EasyList
Easy List
You don't need the second one (Easy List), as it is already included in the first one.
