WARNING these "ads" use the built in browser notification pop-ups that freeze the browser until exited and reopen immediately when dismissed. I didn't read the whole ransom note, but it had a hotline to call and warned that turning your computer off may cause it to self destruct. Chrome crashed after a minute or so.
