I've noticed that there are ads on SonicStadium's forums that are not blocked.
Unfortunately you need an account to see the forum at all, at http://www.sonicstadium.org/board
One such ad is at http://b1.perfb.com/o1.php?ID=1795&PURL ... nicstadium
That seems to be the only missed ad there--reloading the page a lot doesn't reveal any others.

I CAN see the forums there but I didn't see any ads. I added it anyway because after some digging around, I just didn't like the look of that address.
