Hope you are doing well!

One of our clients told us that he can't access the promo codes section in his personal account while his AdBlock with EasyList filter is on (he checked by turning all others off).

The whole user case goes like this:

1. Our client logs into his account at publishers.adsterra.com (personal account area, no ads there)
2. Clicks on one of the menu buttons

Ideally, a new "ads.adsterra.com" tab opens (our marketing domain, no ads there).

Currently, nothing happens, because the new tab is closed automatically or not opened at all.

Is there an exception that can be made from your side?

I don't actually see this filter in EasyList. I only see it in Adguard DNS Filter. I think that has to be enabled manually in Adguard(?)

I'm not quite sure where the problem lies, to be honest. Maybe I should ask AdBlock team, but current issue only happens when "EasyList" filter is active.

Make sure your filters are up to date and check again.

I don't know if Adblock has the option to purge all the filter lists and download anew. Here's a screenshot once I did that with uBlock Origin.

If there are any other filter lists containing this domain it would show up above. Alternatively you can remove Adblock and install uBlock Origin. Make sure you only have one adblocker installed as multiple ones cause all kids of issues in your browser.

@LanikSJ, sorry for bothering you again, but we've found out that it's not the only example of the page not opening.

While researching this thing, I believe I've found another related user case. Apparently, one of our Russian publishers can't open the "ads.adsterra.com" page from his Yandex-search.
The mechanic is the same, the page just doesn't open at all. Screenshot with the console attached (AdBlock was on, the only enabled filter was EasyList).

Can it be something related to the "ads" prefix and not to the "adsterra.com" domain?
Can placing the "ads.adsterra.com" domain into the exception list fix this? (Not an epert on filters, so I'm grasping on straws here)

Certainly not forcing anyone to adjust, sorry if it sounded that way.
We don't really know if that's the exact reason why this tab opening is being blocked, so my question was more focused on "info gathering".

We are currently considering multiple ways to resolve this, but some are more troublesome than others.
That's why I've decided to ask the professionals first
