Two issues:
1. The 'message' ads in the top right.
2. When I click on the download button, it downloads some program associated with the ad instead of downloading the zip file I'm trying to access. This could be Mac specific.

Is it possible to block these?

I tested in FF / chrome + uBO, no issue on my end, maybe you didn't update all your lists in uBO ?
