In the logs of this site.. i can see the filter: /cookie-law-$stylesheet of Fanboy's Cookie List, but inside of that list i cant found that filter..

in the list i can found: /cookie-law-$~script but not /cookie-law-$stylesheet

in this other web, i cant accept the cookies: https://www.fotocasa.es/es/ making it impossible to remove the cookie notice.
