You can use Adblock Plus “blockable items” feature and filter the "m3u" streaming url.

- F12 to open the DevTools
- Jump to the ABP tab
- "Ctrl+F" to open the search field and search for "m3u"
- Right click the link and copy/paste to vlc.

Thanks to all for the paticence.
VLC doest work with URLs, I guess since version 3; PotPlayer worked for 5 seconds then never (anyway the AR was wrong 5:4).

To the interesting video:

Ok, without waiting 1 hour I simply turned off the router.
Now it works well (without adblock), at the moment I dont see commercials.

in a different way performing other additional and not visible tasks. Perhpas sky is requiring TLS3...I guess not a codec issue because I am able to watch the cartoon in that site.
It were a bit difficult to change OS (and a lot of related periferic devices...) for the purpose to be able watching webcam in fullscreen mode; it seems that they want 1,90 euro/month. I am very curious to learn in the future how many people will pay for full screen. I try now to write to radiantmediaplayer explaining the problem, maybe they could reply too ;)

just copy the refreshed URL (containing m3u8 -- that still remains hidden in my old FF Web Console, but no problems) and paste it: all is ok, even on my old ff52, full screen too!!! a miracle!

PS: just out of curiosity:
it were interesting to know why in the browser I see the correct AR (by eyes, I suppose that is the expected 16:9)

I doubt that skyline dev. want to offer this very strange stretched AR 5:4, I guess that other people may had noticed this strange behaviour.
Perhaps OUR browsers are provided by background controls that are able to adjust in real time the "original, bad" 5:4 AR, while online streamers (mine and yours too) are unable?

I asked them (skyline) and they replied that the original stream is real 5:4 and they (not our browser, I was wrong) "rescale on fly".

Therefore I guess that actual online re-streamers/testers are unable to "RE-rescale on fly". Tomorrow I will attempt to write to hlstester to ask if in the future they could offer to us the (already very valuable and much appreciated) service without big vertical distortions (original and not distorted 5:4 forced into a 16:9 window).
I have to admit that all the downloaders download the stream as 5:4 = original.

At the same time I ask to Mozilla if they know a way to get the m3u8-URL directly (as you did very good in your much appreciated video) in web console of older (!) FF builds, because for me it is ok to obtain the URL from downloader's log (10 seconds, no problems) but for my father it is unpossible handling with CMD.exe hehehe

PS: I re-enabled ADBlock/Easy List on skyline without issues.

1) ok now with the URL:
if you are using an old FF version, in web console just select "XHS" instead of "Media", and you go the required m3u8 without external app.

2) if the cam says "disable adblock for skyline" (never happened, but during these 2 days testing it happened 2x !) turn off-on the router.

3) regarding the terrific (original) AR:
sky people replied to me that they have to verify the correct AR of...ALL their webcams.
