Could you add exceptions to show the forms?

So on page https://www.here.com/contact contact form should appear. It's loaded from marketo.
And it doesn't load because two files are blocked (form2.min.js and munchkin.js).
We have the same form loaded in modal window https://www.here.com/fleet-utilization contact sales button.

Please confirm is that enough info or should i prepare some pics of browser. Tested on uBlock Origin 1.17.4

For the first contact page: I get the forms (the window where you choose ...) and can save the preferences.
For the second (contact sales) => the button is unresponsive.

See if this filter fixes all your issues
