Yes, been noticing this for sometime. Earlier if you typed ad blocker into a search engine or the Chrome Webstore only top extensions such as "Adblock Plus" or "Adblock" would show up but now besides ABP every kind of unknown extension and even app shows up.

Google needs to up its game here never noticed this problem in Firefox.
