Liste FR Standard Syntax

Lian, would you please update Liste FR with the following technical adjustments?

1. Domains should begin with "||" and, if necessary, end with "^".
2. The tag name, such as "DIV", may be omitted if only specifying a class (##.) or id (###) and is more efficiently processed by Adblock Plus if this is implemented.
3. Only one class should be used for an element hiding rules again for reasons of efficiency; they are separated by full stops (.).
4. All element hiding filters should use the more recent Adblock Plus syntax, which is delineated by two consecutive hashes (##) in the rule.

Once the alterations have been completed I will list the subscription on the new EasyList homepage.
