Is it possible to add a feature that let's me "subscribe" to a thread? Like using RSS/ATOM to know when someone posts a reply.

If logged in you can subscribe to topics using the option at the bottom of the page, next to the board index link. Subscriptions may then be managed in the user control panel. However, this feature is unfortunately not available to guests.
