Can't enable notification for mention

ucp.php?i=ucp_notifications&mode=notification_options
I'm trying to enable email notification for mentions (*not* the "Notification" notification), but when I click submit, that box goes back to unchecked.
Is this a board issue or a problem with my browser?

It's a plugin issue. I have to check with the developer and see if there's a fix coming. I wouldn't depend on it since it was just ported from 3.x to 3.2:

Thanks. I see the notification in the board's notifications. But when I tried to select the email notification for mentions, it went right back to de-selecting both options.
