I have found the problem why some of us can't register you need to use letters and numbers for the password
i have found this when reading this next to the password box: Password must be between 6 and 30 characters long, must contain letters in mixed case and must contain numbers.

I just spoke to my host and they are not very forth coming. I asked to see error logs and apparently I was told "there aren't any" or use the "cgi error logs" which I know is bullshit.
I do however have a lot of these in my "CGI Error Logs"
