Google Checkout is being blocked.
I tried to disable any filter with the word google in it but that didn't help.
Any suggestions?

Is the checkout visible .. or is it just not working when you submit?
Can you tell me what filters are in effect on the problem page?
You could try clicking off the active filter strings there one by one until you isolate the culprit.
