For some reason it seems that https:// is being matched for GitHub images and scripts:

$script,third-party,domain=0dt.net|123videos.tv|171gifs.com|1proxy.de|….|zw-net.co

https://assets-cdn.github.com/assets/frameworks-176ef037f2b2ddbb94c6810c7bce4ec9.js

and https://assets-cdn.github.com/images/search-key-slash.svg for example.

The log shows it part of EasyList.
