I'm using Chrome v68.0.344.106, Ublock Origin.
EasyPrivacy is blocking the popup window after I click "Apply Now".

When do you get "apply now" ? steps ? needing account ?

I get its dimmed gr(a/e)yed background screen. Sometimes a white blank pop-up over it with nothing (supposed to have its web forms). I narrowed down the subscription list though: EasyPrivacy (chrome://ublock0/content/asset-viewer.html?url=easyprivacy). I tried allowing some filters (e.g., /rpc/), but could not seem to make them work.

FYI. I'm using SeaMonkey v2.49.4 web browser (User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.4) and uBlock Origin v1.16.4.4 (also had this problem in its older versions) in an old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC.

I think the problem has been solved.

The "apply now" button only appears in the job past having "easy apply". It doesn't need an account.
Here is an example:

After clicking the orange button "apply now", a window will pop out to ask user to enter information. That's the window I was talking about.

Doesn't UBO & ABP share the same filter subscriptions?

uBo has its specific lists (the main: ublock filters).
Sure, easylist, easyprivacy are always enabled by default
