Your answer is vague. Be more specific about what data are collected (ip, user agent, screen size, browser info...) ?

Hi smed79, we collect data that can provide to our customers quality information as video load time, time to first frame, buffers, playback errors... Also other player events as play, pause, seek and stop. We don't collect user information. We don't collect screen size or browser info and about the IP we use geolocation databases to detect the country but we don't store it in our databases. The same happens with the user agent, we use it to detect the device (iOS, PC, MAC...) but we don't store it in our database. This information is important for our clients because then they can detect problems with specific devices in specific countries in order to improve the video service.
