Hi there,

Our webpages with /sponsor/ in the URL path appear to all being fully blocked. They are just displaying a blank screen.

We are a children's charity that does child sponsorship to support our work providing homes for 80,000 orphaned and abandoned children worldwide, and these pages are our most important fundraising pages!!!

The pages that are not working include, but aren't limited to:

We have received reports of this issue from our international colleagues and third-party providers who use AdBlock. The pages work fine when AdBlock is disabled or when EasyList is disabled.

Any assistance you could provide so for a speedy resolution would be greatly appreciated. We don't know how long this has been going on or how many donors we've lost because of this is, but as a small charity here in Canada, this is having a big impact.

The fastest fix would be on your side:

rename the class .section-sponsor to something else (not matching other easylist filters)

for example rename it as .section-helpus

Thanks intense! Unfortunately the class is created automatically based on URL subdirectory naming and our volunteer support team are concerned that changing this will cause unknown errors to occur across the site. Is there anyway to have an exemption made for our site for this rule?
