You shouldn't add the filters yourself (I just post them for reference) but update EasyList to get the fix. 
I've also added a domain exception to the filter you mentioned, so after updating, the site should work fine.

They should definitely be there. You can use the search bar in ABP preferences (Ctrl + F) to find it.
I am using EasyPrivacy+EasyList and I can confirm I don't see these two exceptions (.zedo.com/........) appear in this list. I often find mismatch among EasyPrivacy+EasyList and EasyPrivacy together with EasyList.
Do you think it makes more sense to use the two lists separately instead of the combined one?

I think the combined subscriptions take longer to update.

I have experienced in the past also that combined list gets updated after considerably long time.
Thank you for your efforts and keeping ads away from reaching us.
I will keep an eye on how long it takes for the combined subscriptions to update, but from all I know, it's 1 hour at max: https://www.mozdev.org/source/browse/ad ... /easylist/
