The filter has been in the list for a while, its highly unlikely causing this issue.

I just called via Gmail (you mean this right https://i.imgur.com/UFe27ZI.png ?) and the call went through without any issues. The above filter in EasyPrivacy just blocks Google's logging it shouldn't affect the call.

Google phone calls work well without uBlock origin, but have bad quality with uBlock Origin.
