It's a popular site for downloading youtube videos. Download button doesn't work unless I disable EasyList in uBlock.

It works in Firefox (52.6.0 ESR, uBo 1.16.0) but I don't want to use that browser.

I also just clicked "Reset to default settings" in uBo and let it update all its default filters, and the Download button still doesn't work, with the logger showing that Easylist is still blocking it as a popup.

It's fixed in unbreak list in uBo, did you enable that list ? (it's part of the default setup). Or just update it.
