Hi,
I’m not sure if this is the best email address, I hope you can help. I am the product lead at a usability testing tool called Loop11. Our clients use our product in order to run usability and accessibility tests on their website. This is done by adding JavaScript to their website so our UI can appear over their website and direct participants through the testing.
We recently noticed that our domain, loop11.com, has been added to EasyPrivacy https://github.com/easylist/easylist/co ... 9141931025
I believe that this is a mistake as we are not advertising and our interface is only triggered in two scenarios:
1. The participants/visitor has chosen to participate in the study via a unique link. It's an active process the participate has to engage in.
2. The website owner wish to run usability testing on their website.
3. We don't track any user beyond the Usability test they opt in to.
4. We don't share any data with anyone.
Is there a process for me to either understand why we have been added to this list, or, request being removed from the list?
Thank you for your time.
