Easylist seems to be entirely blocking outlook's ability to write new emails altogether.
(This happens with or without the reading pane feature enabled via Options > Mail > Layout > Reading pane)
Attempting to open the 'new email' thing into a new, popped-up window doesn't work either.

This is the expected behaviour, and the one achieved with adblock or easylist off.

This is the behaviour experienced, with easylist active.

This is the possible culprit, seeing it's the only thing I'm unable to add an exception to

There's also a stray ad on the right side there as well. I've blocked that one on my own but it still eats up space.
