Weird thing is that same ad is blockable on allmyvideos.net, but NOT when the video is EMBEDDED at Couchtuner2.to.

No need for that filter, you can remove that. I have finally found the solution!!
Apply that, and that ugly ad box doesn't appear anymore

Tell the Easylist guys to remove this filter - @@||allmyvideos.net^$first-party,script
That's the filter which stops me from blocking any java scripts and hence $important overrides that filter.
This is the main culprit script that only needs to be blocked - ||ucdn.allmyvideos.net/jquery.cookie.js$script

Yes I have and it works fine. A small delay, but video plays.
