Hi, I work for Nice264 and I don't understand why we are blocked here

Someone missunderstood our call to notify the stop of the video with some kind of ad logic. And I don't undestand why.

I can't see nothing from your domain on the links you've referenced, please can you post an example link?

Maybe you have the domain blocked because of Adblock Plus?

Could we please solve this? We are having problems with some customers and I feel this is quite unfair.

Hey guys, we are starting to have serious problems with a big chunk of our customer base.
We have nothing to do with ads and that situation is affecting our business.
Please take us out of that blacklist.

Thanks Khrin, that's much appreciated. How long it generally takes to propagate that list changes?

Our lists are automatically updated in four days, so I suppose that in a week most people should have received the fix. Of course everyone can manually force an update.

The concern is that this string request to data is affecting our billing capabilities with customers. This is an online video platform tracking the number of vídeos started. And we charge for videos started, so if you guys block our tracking beacon, we can't bill our customers for the amount of videos started. No billing --> No company. We found 25% decrease in revenues since you guys blacklisted us again.
And actually, I don't know how we ended there, Antena3 a big broadcaster is one of our customers, so I guess that's why, since we should appear right before Ad beacons and VAST Ad requests to VideoPlaza (Ooyala AdTech).

Its still tracking users, thats what Easyprivacy prevents. We can't play favorites here.
