Well, I don't want to offend you in any way and it's off-topic, but I don't really see why I, as a user, should visit your site 
If there was some other content, OK, maybe it saves a click searching for something you just read, but for 3 search boxes, a logo and some tracking code? Why shouldn't I go to the site itself or simply use Firefox' build-in search box (or a search extensions that fits my needs)?
