Something with the EasyElement Filter is causing this whole site (Watch With Kristin, not the whole of eonline) to appear as a blank page.
Thanks

On the main page, there is an article called "Late Night Love? Hot Jay-on-Dave Action" with a video from nbc.com. The filter is preventing that video from playing.
Also on eonline.com, the .flv videos on the site won't play (or maybe it's just me?). It's a pretty recent occurrence and I've found the problem where a .flv video like http://pgflash.eonline.com/Ads/VineDefault/E!%20open%203.flv is being flagged as .com/ads/ and is a blockable item. I don't think I want to disable the whole filter though, it's pretty general.

Do they work now?

They work. Thanks.
BTW, I haven't seen you on the filter suggestions forum in a while. Have you seen all those posts?

I'm starting to work on those right now. I know there is a damn lot of things to catch up, I just didn't have much time in the past month and those few times I was here I decided to do the fp reports as they are more important than the filter suggestions imo.Tanookirby wrote:BTW, I haven't seen you on the filter suggestions forum in a while. Agreed, thanks for dedicating the time you could.Ares2 wrote:I decided to do the fp reports as they are more important than the filter suggestions imo.

The new look of the site has blank areas in the rightmost column.
I'm afraid we can't get rid of them
If you mean the blank boxes, then ##.eol-ads seems to take care of 'em. Not sure if it's worth adding them on the other hand...
I tried exactly that filter, but the boxes remained (on uk.eonline.com, as I'm redirected to that page).
Are they completely hidden for you when you apply it?

The boxes collaps for me on all versions. This filter does an even better job:
Code: Select all
eonline.com##div[id^="DivAd"]
Hmm, well I added ##.eol-ads as it's a good general filter

(note: for me, all elements that match div[id^="DivAd"] also match .eol-ads. However, I guess I'm seeing some different page than you, as for me the filters do not change anything)
