I think the rule /popup.css|, which has been discussed and modified after http://forums.lanik.us/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=1902, is still too generic.
In many cases, popups are related to advertising, but sometimes they could be used to display useful information, expecially after a user action. There could be the risk that a new site, or even an intranet site, will be limited due to this rule.
Whouldn't be better if CSS popups will be blocked only on specific sites? What do you think about it?

That depends ... do you have an example? I would consider removing it or modifying it if there was a complaint against it.

I had an experience of an overlay skin, used on an intranet site, blocked because it was included in a file name popup.css. I could add a whitelist rule to avoid that, but I think most easylist users won't find the source of such a problem and would just think it was a site bug. Unfortunately, it was an internal site, so I can't provide any link.
