In addition to the ||marketingautomation.services^$third-party domain, the domain ||sharpspring.com^$third-party serves the same purpose in regards to webforms.

If this domain could also be updated to ||sharpspring.com/net^$third-party (with the /net extension rather than the single string) this would prevent tracking from being established but still allow for webforms to display. Examples of sites with both active webforms and tracking below.
