These ads are served locally by the site itself. I usually don't bother much with smaller sites that serve first-party ads if they don't have a global "catch phrase".

If you want, you can get rid of the adsyourself with:

I notice the the webmaster put their logo in a directory called "/adverts/" ... that's brilliant! To bring it back, you can add this exception rule:
