Don't know if you'd really consider this an ad more than an annoyance, but the "HOT JOBS" section at the top of the right column is annoyingly creating a whole column of useless space.

I took care of that and a few other tweaks there. Unfortunately a lot of the pages have a defined width in there main page sections, so it won't recover the lost space on most pages ... but it IS much less annoying to look at now
